If your pet is experiencing an emergency during our regular business hours, please call our hospital before coming in. Our team will assess your pet’s condition over the phone and determine whether we can accommodate your pet as an urgent appointment or if immediate referral to a nearby emergency hospital is the safest option. Because we are unable to guarantee walk-in emergency availability, calling first allows us to ensure your pet receives the most appropriate care as quickly as possible.
