I bought Dalmatian mix, Ellie in for a Nasty rash. She was uncomfortable and miserable with bit of a sassy attitude . I Called in the morning and they took her pretty much right away. She also needed to have her nails clipped, which she absolutely hates and is a total panic. Well, I must say Ashley and Anthony were absolutely incredible with her. The young man held her in his arms like she was a baby and talked to her so warmly and softly I almost wanted to have my own nails done LO. L. and Ashley was such a sweetheart with the patience of a saint. She took her time and was so gentle with clipping her nails. It was really quite amazing. The 2 of them are absolutely angels. I know it sounds rather dramatic, but seriously, Eleanor is a diva, and she freaks out when anybody tries to Clip her nails. They made everything a pleasant experience. I love Lanoka Oaks. Everyone there is always so compassionate and kind to both humans and animals!!
As always Dr. Wyman is amazing. I have been with him for many years, since he started in a van back years ago. Many dogs of mine has he seen. Latest was Fiona we inherited when her mom passed, her regular vet misdiagnosed her. I took her to Dr. Wyman, who had a cardiologist check her, late stage CHF. She lived 4 more years due to his care. We take our Mindy to him, who is now in stages of Dementia, and our newest rescue Lassie. They all love them there. Go from one door to another to get in. They love Lanoka Oaks Vet, and Dr. Wyman as do we. Highly recommend, you are treated like family. Andy is the greatest too. Can I say I watched him grow…LOL
A friend mistakenly gave us the number to Lanoka Oaks Vet, and what a wonderful mistake it was! I am so thankful for that. Dr. Wyman and his staff are such caring wonderful professionals. We have our new puppy Baker and I look forward to a long loving relationship with everyone at Lanoka Vets. The facility is extremely clean and modern. Dr. Wyman gave us a new puppy discount which is greatly appreciated. Also what I find so helpful and fun is the ability to go to their pet site and have all of his records accessible. It also gives me the convenience of Communicating with the doctor and staff for info, results, appointments etc. I am extremely satisfied with their services and will highly recommend to all my friends and family!!
While I feel fortunate to not have had the opportunity to get to know everyone at Lanoka Oaks *too* well (we’ve only been for our yearly exams/vaccines and two odd trips due to UTIs – a good thing!), we have always had an extremely pleasant experience. The staff is very warm, caring, patient, and gentle with our nervous puppy girl. We’d always seen Dr. Wyman in the past but recently took an appointment with Dr. Sena, and I was equally as impressed with her care. So much thanks to the Lanoka Oaks team for being so great with our lil floof and for making us feel like family!
Clean and friendly office! The doctor spent time with us and our cat received a very thorough visit. The staff was very sweet and we feel our pets will receive the very best of care <3
Our Rambo died in his sleep on tuesday, we were heartbroken, the staff here were so fabulous and warm. we were given a paw print of him to keep with his ashes. We can not say enough about how wonderful everyone was. They truly care about not only your furbaby but you also. I will never go any where else with my animals. two days later we got a card in the mail with an ink print of his paw, Thank you so very much for making a difficult time just a little easier. We love this place. My dog gets excited when i say we’re going to the vet. Clearly if ur pet gets excited to hear that, ur going to the right place. Everyone makes u feel like family there. Dr Wyman takes his time to answer every question and he even shows pics of his own pets. The nurses and receptionists make u smile and treat ur pup like a celebrity.
When my little toy poodle had a dental problem, I called Dr. Wyman to see if she could be seen. We were heartbroken and terrified to hear she needed extensive dental surgery and have to go under anesthesia. Our little Penny is our third child and we were so worried about her.
Andy called and answered every one of my numerous questions. He has a true devotion to his calling and was able to calm us down with expertise and caring words.
Her surgery was extensive and meticulously completed. Andy held her after it and even held her at a staff meeting because we couldn’t be there due to Covid. Andy sent me pictures and the team kept in contact with us throughout the entire day!
I HIGHLY recommend Lanoka Oaks to everyone I see who has pets. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you to all at Lanoka Oaks and thank you, Andy!!!
We asked our Mom, Colleen, to help us write this: We are three sisters – female pups – who were relocated from North Jersey to the Shore. We were frightened when we learned we were going to meet a new doctor, but we all loved Dr. Wyman and his wonderful team. The ladies held us close when we got our shots so we didn’t feel a thing. Everyone was very loving and really cared about our welfare. Penny was so happy that she lost a half-pound, Molly didn’t shake like she usually does, and ME – CHEVY, almost met a boy dog in the lobby!! We are all coming back and are thrilled that we are now patients of Lanoka Oaks because they are dedicated professionals. BTW – I’m the group leader. Dr. Wyman thought I should try the “A” medicine which gives me a louder voice!
Our Chloe the Boxer loves Dr. Wyman and the entire staff so much at Lanoka Oaks; even after getting three shots and blood work, she did not want to leave the office. From day one nine years ago to now, through major surgery and routine care, Dr. Wyman, Andy, and the entire staff have made us feel so special and confident that our girl is getting the best care there is. TLC, reasonable rates, quick responses, and top-notch services make them the best around.
They always take care of your animal as if they were their own, they are outstanding and I enjoy taking my dogs there, I know they will be treated right and will be taken care of with only the animals well being in mind.
I have been going there for almost 20 years and they never let me or my pets down!!!
On Monday I had to do one of the hardest things I ever had to do. It was time to put my 12-year-old Golden to sleep. Dr. Wyman and staff made this decision so bearable by using their knowledge and kindness to help us thru this very difficult time. I recommend Dr. Wyman and all the staff at Lanoka Oaks to anyone with a pet problem. Thank you again to all the staff for your concern and compassion. After 12 years of care for Sunny, I know he thought of you all as family.
I would like to give a shout out to Lanoka Oaks, Dr. Jonathan Wyman and his staff for the compassion they showed to what appeared to be a feral cat. While biking, I found a very sick, dying cat sitting on the side of the road. A friend was kind enough to come and rescue me, by picking me, the cat and my bike up, so that I could get it to a vet hospital. My vet was closed, so wanting to help end this cats misery, I called another local vet who told me to call animal control and even after I told them I was willing to pay, still was not accomodating. My next call, as I was holding and driving with this cat looking for help, was to Lanoka Oaks who without hesitation told me to come right over. As busy as they were, they took the cat almost immediately and refused to charge me. The compassion they showed to this cat when it was obvious so many failed it was so appreciated. It showed that there are still good people. Thank you, so much for helping this cat go peacefully, just as any animal deserves.

Kloe the Hound would like to say thank you to the team at Lanoka Harbor Veterinary Center. Kloe was on a camping trip and was not feeling well. After consulting over the phone with the wonderful Staff, a prescription was called in to a local pharmacy and Kloe recovered in days back to her usual routine without disrupting her adventure.
I never can say enough about how wonderful everyone at this office is. My dogs are everything to me and Dr Wyman and his entire staff always treat them like the little kings I think they are. I never have an issue getting an appointment, especially for my beagle love who suffers greatly from allergies. They always get him in right away for his shot, so he is never uncomfortable. Although both my pups are not the biggest fans of being poked and prodded, anyone who ever treats them is mindful of that and they are very gentle and patient with the animals. Everyone is extremely helpful. I’m definitely a worry wart dog mom, but any and all of my concerns are ALWAYS addressed and I never feel rushed at all. Dr Wyman always takes the time to answer my questions even if he’s answered them a million times before. I always leave feeling happy with the care given to my precious loves Max and Vader. And most importantly, my dogs always leave happy and are never stressed.

I have never had a bad experience with the staff at Lanoka Oaks. Whenever I needed to see Dr. Wyaman they always made time for my dogs. Dr. Wyman and his staff, especially Andy are the most caring people I know.

Beautiful office spotless clean!! Everyone is soo sweet and caring. I can’t say enough good things about Lanoka Oaks as I just had my first experience today. New to the area, and after being turned down by my normal vet as they did not have an appointment available. I was in a panic as my cat was in distress. I called and spoke to Jenna who literally bent over backwards to get us in right away. Unfortunately, Rocky passed away before we made it to the vet. We arrived and they couldn’t of been more accommodating. Jenna was very kind and understanding. Dr Wyman came in and confirmed what we already new. They made a tragic situation a little easier. We will be changing vets for sure and will be bringing the rest of our furry friends there soon. so glad we found them. Wonderful people.

Been bringing my pets to LOVC for over 25 years. There is a reason – they care! From our cat to our dogs throughout the years,, Lanoka Oaks has been our go-to place for our pets’ health. Dr. Wyman is great and the staff at LOVC are the best.
I’ve been coming to Lanoka Oaks since moved here in 2013 ~ Simba was only a youngster then and not overly fond of being poked, prodded and generally “puppy handled” … but, once we had met Dr. Wyman, Andy and the rest of the staff … Simba now wags his tail when he sees his friends at Lanoka Oaks … 🙂 We’ll see you soon, Andy!
Recently, our dog who is extremely frightened of thunder and lightning storms had an extremely serious accident during a storm. I was on my way home when my husband called to tell me he had just arrived home and our dog, Bree, was bleeding quite significantly. I rushed home to find a dog covered with blood and was not able to determine where she was bleeding. Our vet was an hour away and realizing that she that she needed immediate care I started calling local veterinarians. Dr. Wyman at Lanoka Oaks Hospital was kind enough to see her. He probably saved her life! She had broken a tooth and lacerated her tongue which Dr Wyman repaired but the bleeding continued! She needed to be transferred to Redbank Veterinary Hospital . Dr. Wyman was so concerned that he sent his assistant and tech in the car with us to Redbank and a third person to bring the two people who rode with us back to Lanoka Harbor. Have you ever heard of a vet doing such an amazing, caring act of kindness? I was truly impressed with Dr Wyman and his staff from the office staff to the tech, vet assistant and doctor! This was all for a dog he had never seen before! Three days later Bree came home from Redbank Hospital and is as happy as ever and we thank Dr Wyman and his staff for making this possible!
We are new to the area but were referred to Lanoka Oaks Veterinary by a family member using their services for quite some time. All staff were welcoming and put both Coco and me at ease upon our arrival. The care was great and the follow up is unmatched. They texted, e mailed and phoned to check on Coco to detect any issues, but there were none. Good care, highly recommend.

We’ve been coming to LOVC for 8+ years. Always very friendly staff upon arrival, interacting with pets and owners to make the visit less stressful for our babies. Dr. Wyman is caring, honest and more concerned with the well being and treatment of your pet then suggesting unnecessary procedures that can be very costly. All staff members always greet us with a smile and patiently listen to your concerns. We highly recommend LOVC for your pets care.

I have brought in many wild birds to him (shed many many tears) and he’s always tried to save them, never turning me away….we have a foster failure and when I bring our Titus in they know it LOL..Andy, Aubrey or Billy Joe (whose ever on) will come out front and say “ I heard our Titus” and bring us right into a room, through the back of course!! I have many great stories to share but they would take to long!!!

Lanoka Oaks is by far the BEST vet I’ve been to! They are all so welcoming and they know the name of your pet without you even having to tell them. Dr Wyman is awesome and he has the utmost care when it comes to your pets, not to mention the techs are always so gentle and concerned for your pets well being too! Dr. Carlson, Dr. Wyman, and the rest of the staff are awesome at what they do! My boyfriend and I adopted a puppy and had a very rough time with him in the beginning (Diagnosed with parvo, then mange. We originally were with a different vet and were not happy, which is when we called up Lanoka Oaks. From the very first phone call with Melissa, we knew it was going to be the right place for us. It’s now 4 months later and we LOVE the entire staff. They know Miles by name and get excited to see him the moment he walks in (despite his nervous bladder problems). Thank you very much for all that you do!!
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT LONOKA OAKS VET. I HAVE OWNED ANIMALS ALL MY LIFE AND AM A DOG AND HORSE LOVER. THIS IS THE CLEANEST AND MOST KINDEST VET. FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, THEY OFFER SO MUCH, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LOSE A PET AS I DID 10 YRS. AGO A 6-MONTH-OLD NEWFOUNDLAND, WHICH I PURCHASED FROM A BREEDER…HE DIED OF A MURMUR, MY VET THEN, OFFERED NOTHING TO MY HEART ACHE, I STILL MISS HIM DEARLY, BUT NOW I HAVE 2 NEWFIES, 9 AND 10 YRS OLD, AND I JUST CHANGED VETS AND HAPPY I DID, AT LEAST I KNOW MY HEART WILL BE COMFORTED AS MY TIME WITH MY BEST FRIENDS ARE GETTING CLOSER, MIDNIGHT AND BELLA ARE LIKE MY CHILDREN, THEY ARE CONSIDERED OLD RIGHT NOW, AND I INTEND TO HAVE THEM FOR A LONG TIME, AND I AT LEAST KNOW NOW I AM IN THE RIGHT PLACE AS FAR AS ADVISING ME ABOUT THE NEEDS OF MY BELOVED FRIENDS…. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the staff at Lanoka Oaks Vet Center. Yesterday my son found three baby robins (we didn’t know the kind of birds then) fallen from their nest, with no signs of the mother bird at all. In desperation of what to do for these babies I called Lanoka Oaks, where my friend Jenn works. Well Jenn was not in so I told the receptionist, whose name I sadly cannot recall, what was going on. She kindly and quickly connected me with Carol. I explained the circumstances at hand and Carol asked to bring the babies to her. She had the means to care for and raise them!!! What a blessing! She told my son, when he dropped the babies off, that they were very healthy and very hungry…Carol assured James that in just a few weeks they would be flying and digging up worms for themselves. I am quite impressed with Lanoka Oaks Vet Center’s staff. They are amazing people. Thank you and Blessings.
The doctors and staff at Lanoka Oaks are warm loving people that have a true concern for all five of my dogs. We have been with this group for many many years and are as pleased with their service and compassion today, as when we began with them. Both doctors have helped us through some very difficult situations and I could not have been more comforted or pleased with their concern and compassion. Thank you Lanoka Oaks! Owned pets my entire life and wish I found Lanoka Oaks A long time ago! We love Lanoka Oaks! The staff is so friendly and help with whatever you need! Are dog Rusty loves going to the vet now, where before we had to fight with him to go inside are old place. Now he runs into the doors and Lanoka Oaks! Thank you for everything you do for us!!

Best Vet ever! I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else. Most caring and kind people I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my dog to.
I have been bringing my various little loves to Dr. Wyman for over 15 years. I drive over a hour to bring my babies to his office. Dr. Wyman and his staff are warm, caring, and go out of their way to help me make the best decisions for my doggies. His staff goes over and beyond to make my little loves feel loved and safe. Andy, Billie Jo, Aubrey, Kristen, Debbie, and Julie (sorry if I missed anyone) always make sure they give kisses and hugs to my babies. They also take seriously my silly phone calls about various crazy dog mommy questions. They always settle my worries and give me clear directions. My Ruby Pug woo woos at Dr Wyman when she sees him through the door and goes to the “cookie cabinet” so he doesn’t forget her treat! We love it here!!
The staff are great! Kind and understanding! They recently squeezed me in for an evening appointment when my little furry baby wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Wyman gave me options and recommendations but never made me feel pressured into either approach. We decided to go with the X-ray and it thankfully turned out to be something minor but still needed antibiotics.. Left that night with everything I needed to have my baby on the mend without breaking the bank!!
I have been using Dr. Wyman and his staff for at least 30 years. His dedication to my pets and my needs has been excellent. As his practice expanded, his quality of care has remained top notch. My 2 Labs love coming to his office and have no fear of him, his staff and surroundings. I am on LBI and have the choice of going to Vets that are closer, but the short drive to his office is worth the care. My pets are my family and I am dedicated to giving them the best medical care I can. If his facility can’t help your pets medical condition, he makes the appropriate referral to a specialist. Sometimes we just drop in for a visit, get a weight check on Remy and Ranger, get some love and a treat. My Labs and I recommend them highly!
Feeling relieved again. Dr. Wyman and staff are so kind and knowledgeable. Stella has been in pain and miserable for days. Dr. Wyman “packed” her ears four hours ago. She is playing with her toys for the first time in days.
Last week I was there with a mass on Phoebe’s leg. Dr. Wyman suggested a conservative approach and she is fine.
I appreciate the care my dogs receive and I appreciate, never having felt like I was taken advantage of. From my very first visit, a change of diet was suggested for skin issues, whereas previous vets needed skin scrapings and all kinds of tests. Thank you again.
I love Dr. Wyman! He’s the best. He’s very kind and compassionate. He answers all of your questions. He’s not one to rush you out when the exam is done. I also love Andy, the vet tech. He has been kind and caring with all of my fur babies. He makes you feel at ease. Everyone at Lanoka is very nice! I would highly recommend Lanoka Oak Vet to my family and friends!
Lanoka Oaks is an amazing place. The staff is great, and Dr. Wyman really knows what he is doing and talking about. He’s patient and answers whatever questions you have. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else but here!
The staff was very kind. I had to put my dear sweet cat smoki down on Monday. She was 14. It has been so hard. They were all very kind. And thank you so much for the paw prints! Gosh I miss her.
