Why Is Our Door Locked? During COVID, we discovered that pets were calmer and happier without the noise and stress of a crowded waiting room.

There were fewer bite incidents and pet owners felt more relaxed too. They liked it & we listened ! Even after the pandemic, we decided to keep our door locked to maintain this safer, calmer environment.
When you arrive, simply call or text us, and we’ll promptly welcome you inside. 

Team Training & Meetings Our team is one of our greatest strengths, far exceeding industry standards for retention and education.
We’re proud to have a dedicated group of professionals who take the time to understand your pet’s needs and offer truly personalized careTo keep our staff sharp and informed, we hold staff meetings every other Wednesday from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
